Help shape the future of Blackburn with Darwen
This website allows you to help shape the future of Blackburn with Darwen by getting involved in the Vision 2030 project.
Vision 2030 asks residents what they hope life will be like in the borough in 20 years' time .
Vision 2030 will see the Council speaking to residents of all ages and backgrounds, businesses, visitors and community groups.
This website has discussion forums where some of the issues that will feed in the vision will be talked about. Of course, there are always going to be plenty of issues that affect residents such as litter, congestion, health etc. But what the Council and its partners are really looking for is to hear residents' aspirations and hopes. So let your imaginations run and make sure your voice is heard to shape the future of our borough .
